CA Sanjay Bhalotia, FCA

Sanjay Bhalotia is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and started his career with a Partnership Firm S. Bhalotia & Associates. He is having a wide range of knowledge over Auditing, Taxation (Both Direct & Indirect), Corporate law, Management Audit etc. He is having expertise in providing advisory services to his clients who involve the areas of financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, corporate finance, business recovery and insolvency, or accounting systems and processes. He is well equipped with liaising with clients and provides financial information and advice. His analysis power is so strong that he can remarkably advise his clients about their internal control systems, risk associated with each of the process and provide support on how to implement control in the system to mitigate those risks. He also plays a role in assisting clients on tax planning (with in current legislation to enable them to minimize their tax liability) and tax issues associated with their business activities. His phenomenal knowledge over the field helps him to advise his clients on business transactions like mergers and acquisitions, Takeover, Family Trust and other such corporate restructuring and financing activities with adherence to Corporate Law. He is best in counselling clients on areas of business improvement or dealing with insolvency.

Today, with his amazing leadership quality and communication skills, he has taken his Firm at this level where the Firm has successfully established a PAN India presence in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Raipur, and Mumbai. He is having a great managerial skill where he is very much acquainted with how to manage his team, where to give support and guidance to his team members, how to delegate the work and get best out of his team with integrity and care.

CA Vikash Kumar, CA, CS

CA Vikash Kumar has over a decade of experience in the field of statutory audit, internal audit, management audit, CFO services, and corporate law and direct and indirect taxes including international taxation. His specialization includes business advisory services, tax consultancy, mergers/acquisitions/de-merger services, consultancy, consultancy in company law matters etc. He is associates with the group since 2009 and efficiently catering the various requirements of the clients successfully. He has handled cases up to it at (income tax appellate tribunal) and NCLT (national company law tribunal).he is also responsible for overall divisions along with our branches situated at Hyderabad, Raipur and Guwahati. He leads staff strength of approx.100 persons including CA, CS, MBA and Cost Accountants, semi qualified.

He is a fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and associated company secretary (ACS) by qualification and certificate for concurrent audit of banks.

CA Debabrata Mukhopadhyay, FCA, DISA Certified

CA Debabrata Mukhopadhyay has over a decade experience of statutory audit, internal audit, and management audit including bank audit. He is DISA qualified and well versed experience in the audit at online platform also. He is associated with the firm since 2016.

He is a fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Diploma in information system audit (DISA), concurrent audit banks (ICAI) by qualification

CA Ankit Santhalia, FCA

CA Ankit Santhalia has over 8 years of enriched experience in the field of auditing, direct taxation and indirect taxation. He is associated with the firm since 2011 being a crucial member in the growth of the firm. He is responsible for the overall statutory audit and other statutory assignments as a partner in the firm.

He is a fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by qualification.

CA Binod Kumar Sahoo, FCA

CA Binod Kumar Sahoo has had over 13 years of experience and association with the firm and he is a crucial member in the growth path of the firm. He is also taking care of transfer pricing, taxation, audit, advisory & consulting in various fields. He is a fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by qualification.

CA Gaurav Kumar, ACA

CA Gaurav Kumar is associated with the firm and is a crucial member in the growth path of the firm.

He as an associate Chartered Accountant having a rich work experience of 3+ years in the field of auditing and taxation services.

He is the partner in control of Raipur branch. He holds the responsibility for all the audit and taxation affairs and takes important operation related decisions on a daily work basis. He is also actively involved in R&D activities of the firm and is looking after the empanelment related work of all the branches of the firm.

He believes in his hard work and dedication towards his work as work comes first to him. He has leadership qualities but believes that a good leadership quality comes from a good team who believes that strength and motivation is the key to growth and success of the firm.
